Alana gained some valuable work placement experience with the M+S group while completing her final year of study at St. Augustines College (Kyabram). She commenced working with us in a part-time reception position in 2019.
Alana has since accepted a full-time position with the Pinnacle Financial Planning team in our Kyabram office as an administration officer. There are many facets to working in the Financial Planning team, including but not limited to, client file preparation, emails, scheduling appointments and client liaison. The task list will continue to grow as Alana gains more experience. Alana is looking forward to the many challenges ahead before deciding if she will undertake further studies.
